ERP (Enterprise Resource Program) system was complete conducted in 2002, Based on Lot By Lot model to control purchasing, outsourcing and internal production plan effectively, to reduce the lead time of final delivery to customers. Also utilize the precision data base for management the stock to increase turnover as well as reduce the operating risk.
